Always handle with dry hands, as the film sticks with moisture.
Use immediately after opening individual packaging.

With dry hands, peel off the light blue film for the upper teeth from the transparent sheet.
* Ingredients are attached to the surface that is stuck to the transparent sheet.

Attach the peeled side to the front of the upper teeth, and fold the excess area over to the back of teeth.
Follow steps 1 and 2 for lower teeth as well.

Close your mouth and wait for the film to blend onto teeth (Approximately 10 minutes).
To finish, brush over the film on teeth and rinse.
