How to open and close the measuring cup

How to use the Pull & Push cap
Pull the nozzle upward
and tilt the bottle to pour

Squeeze the center of the bottle lightly to make it easier for liquid to come out
Push down the nozzle after use until you hear a snap

How to use
After brushing teeth as usual, take about 10 ml (about half of the cap) and swish around in your mouth for about 20 to 30 seconds before spitting it out.
◆ Be careful not to let the container slip when pouring the liquid. Wet hands will make the container easier to slip.
◆ No need to rinse your mouth with water after use.
◆ Be sure to wash the measuring cup and return it to its original position after use.

Place the nozzle towards you

Bring the nozzle closer and tilt the bottle

Gently press the center of the bottle and pour an appropriate amount (the amount dispensed by lightly pressing for about 1 second) onto your tongue.
Swish for about 20–30 seconds, then spit it out.

When using the product for the first time, use in small doses.

● Do not pour toward the back of the throat while breathing in because this may choke you
● Do not use when there are injuries in your mouth
