How to use the Pull & Push cap
① Pull the nozzle upward and tilt the bottle to pour. Squeeze the center of the bottle lightly to make it easier for liquid to come out.
② Push down the nozzle after use until you hear a snap.
How to use
After brushing teeth as usual, take about 10 ml (about half of the cap) and swish around in your mouth for about 20 to 30 seconds before spitting it out.
◆ No need to rinse your mouth with water after use.
◆ Be sure to wash the measuring cup and return it to its original position after use.

Bring the nozzle closer and tilt the bottle

Gently press the center of the bottle and pour an appropriate amount (the amount dispensed by lightly pressing for about 1 second) onto your tongue.
Swish for about 20–30 seconds, then spit it out.
When using the product for the first time, use in small doses.
